Today I am at my desk and there was a young girl waiting with her baby to take Christmas pictures. I'm a sap when it comes to babies, and her baby was so tiny and adorable. So of course, I compliment her on her new bundle of joy. She comes closer to show me the baby's little tiny Christmas dress. It was cute, really. It was one of those little Santa outfits with white fluffy trimming. What I wasn't expecting was for the girl to offer that I hold her baby!! lol
I was really quite shocked. Let's face it, I'm a total stranger. I was reluctant but I really had no choice because she practically gave her baby to me to hold!! lol I'm laughing while writing this because I think the girl is nuts!! LOL I've never, ever seen this girl before. She was a very nice girl, young, and maybe she just didn't know better. It's not like I'm a killer or anything, but you can never be too careful. The baby was fragile, and little... I was nervous. I don't think I can ever remember a moment where this has ever happened to me before. Having strangers handing me their babies to hold is just not an everyday occurrence. I have no children of my own yet, but I could never picture myself handing my baby to someone I didn't know just to hold. Some people are definitely more trusting than others in general, but with a baby??
Has this ever happened to anyone?? Feel free to share your stories!!
Signed Yours Truly

Anonymous asks: "Why are men so messy"?
Someone asked me: "Why are guys so messy"?
Well, I can say that not ALL men are messy, however, a good majority of them are. It can stem from a few things. When girls (some, not all) are young, we are taught certain responsibilities. We learn practical things throughout life like cleaning, doing laundry, cooking, and being tidy (your room, belongings, how to take care of your stuff, bla, bla, bla) Seriously, growing up I was told, "No man is going to want to marry you if you cannot cook or clean!" Kinda harsh right? lol But I'm sure my boyfriend appreciates the fact that I can.
If you are the "man of the house", or a young boy, to me it seems like they kind of end up being the "exception"
.
A man may be messy because:
1) he is just messy, and has always been that way, & his parents didn't bother to correct it bc "he's a guy"--again the exception.
2) he is used to his mom, grandmother, aunts, or sisters willingly clean for him.
3) he could be a mama's boy
4) he could be an only child
5) he could be allergic to cleaning.... SIKE! Haha, I don't think so! xP
*Sigh* The common phrase, "well, he's a guy, what do you expect"? I EXPECT HIM TO CLEAN UP AFTER HIMSELF! lol Do not expect OCD ladies, however men, the effort is always appreciated. Men should be told, "You're not going to be able to keep a woman (or companion) if you leave your dirty socks and underwear all over the place"!! Hmm... I wonder how that would work out?? lol

My Sweet Moment
I am a big fan of saving things. I am def no where close to being a hoarder, but when it comes to cards, and sweet emails, I love to save those kinds of things as keepsakes.
I was browsing through my old emails/conversations between my boyfriend and I from a few years back. It always make me light up when I read them. Reading through our messages reminds me of where we started, how much our love has flourished and how very much I am still in love with him :) Everyday is a day worth living, and everyday, I love you more and more. I love you baby <3
What about you guys? Is there anyone out there who believes love is out there for them? Or has found it? Share your stories... :)

Old couples....
So I couldn't help to realize the old couple that walked into my office today. He looked like a war vet... old enough to possibly have been in Vietnam... and he was walking veryyyy slow and with a walker. I always feel bad when I see the elderly, feeling as old as they look. But what caught my eye was his wife. Standing behind him, not helping him. Sadly, he didin't exactly smell like Downy either... in my opinion, this is not love. The part of our wedding vows that states "through sickness and health".... I would never let the one I love look, or smell like that or watch him drag himself instead of helping him stand firm..... poor man.
On the contrary, she could have fell out of love a long time ago, felt bad leaving while he is ill & now is just bitter......
Any takers??? What do you think?
